Daily rates: From 7:30am until 6pm are charged at £4 per hour, per child. (minimum of four hours booking).

School rates: Mornings from 7:30am until 9am are charged at £10 per session, per child.

Afternoon rates from 3pm until 6pm are charged at £12 per session, per child.

If both mornings and afternoons are required then the charge will be £20 for both sessions, per child.

Unsociable hours: before 7:30am and after 6pm are charged at:

• £8 per hour, for one children
• £10 per hour, for two children
• £15 per hour, for three children

Overnight care: from 7pm until 7am is charged at £40 per night.

Weekend rates: Are charged at £10 per hour, per family.

Late fees: Are charged at £2 per fifteen minutes, per child.

Bank Holidays: Are charged at £7 per hour, per child.

Babysitting: (Evening care when children are getting ready to go to bed/asleep).

At your home: £7 per hour per family. (minimum booking of 4 hours)

At our house: £5 per hour per family. (minimum booking of 4 hours)

We ask parents to respect that due to Ofsted regulations we are limited to the amount of children we can care for at any given time and that being over our limits affects our insurance, therefore we would ask parents to think seriously about pick up times, so that we can assure the best possible care for their children.

We will have no more than 6 children each under 8 at any one time. At least 3 children will be over 5 and no more than one child will be under 12 months, unless there is an emergency.

Food can be provided at an additional cost if you require. We follow all guidelines to promote healthy eating by providing fresh and nutritious meals. (If you wish to provide food for your children we kindly ask that you ensure meals are healthy and nutritious with limited sugary snacks).

• Breakfast: £1 Served approx 7am until 8:30am
• Lunch: £1 Served approx 12pm until 2pm
• Tea: £1:50 Served approx 4:30pm until 5:30pm

Expenses:

Kitty: We request that parents leave a kitty of £20 in change in a purse in your child’s bag which is left at our house. This is for outings such as soft play, swimming, animal sanctuary visits, toddler groups, ice cream treats or any other expenses for outings as listed in our risk assessments and inclusion policies. We require that you top this up accordingly but will remind you if it is running low. Any expense that is going to cost more than £5/£10 for a day will be discussed with you in advance. Expenses for craft materials and baking is inclusive of your child minding fees. Expenses will be recorded and you will be given a list along with your childminding fees.

Mileage: Local trips to and from playgroups and activities are inclusive of childminding fees. However, pickups and drop offs to and from schools will be charged at 10 pence per mile per child. It is also possible, in advance arrangement and agreement, that we are able to drive children to places requested by you occasionally. For example if you are unable to drive on a particular day, your car may have a service or you may require the children to be dropped off at a friend’s/grandparent’s house. This would be charged at 40 pence per mile. (This is intended for occasional circumstances to help you if you need it, not on a daily basis. We would have to consider our ratios and other children in our care before agreeing to additional trips).

Fees and expenses will be billed on the week of the 25th, to be paid by the following week. Fees must be paid by cash or direct debit and/or childcare vouchers to avoid bank charges on cheques.
